INVESTMENT MODELS
Debt investments; You loan money to the club, a charge on the assets is held on your behalf. The fixed returns offered on debt will vary depending on the loan-to-value (LTV) and can range between 6% p.a. to 10 % p.a.
Equity investments; You own shares in the Club (Limited Company) carrying out the development, your projected return is represented by a share of net profits after tax, paid at the end of the project after any debt has been repaid.

Through our links with the sector, we have curated a list of properties that are currently available for purchase and suitable for individuals looking to undertake a refurbishment, modernization or development project.
